"The Addiction Course"

Bioenergetics4U is thrilled to announce that the long awaited Addiction Course is now available! All types of Addiction are on the rise due to the level of stressful times we live in - and, it is not just alcohol, drugs and cigarettes anymore. It is the internet, shopping, gambling, exercise, sex, eating, working, drama, video games and more. We discuss these varied addictions; we also share how we can help to spot the clues; we discuss the negative emotions and baggage that are the root cause of addiction; and share how to support clients in their healing through nutritional support. We also discuss collaborating with other holistic approaches and practitioners in your area, clients need a team! We share books that are excellent reads, and demonstrate a sample session of biofeedback using the LIFE System. This is a must course for all modality practitioners who seek addiction support in their practice.
